OB – Obsolete: Deactivating the products. We will mark exclusion in this case, and we can also re-activate once the product is available for sale. Manually we will stop the POs to be placed when the ASIN is Obsolete.
NR – Non-Replenishable: It is usually marked for parent ASINs where no POs will be placed for the same.
OS – Off Season: The ASIN will be turned off because it is CRAP (cannot realize actual profit) due to being very unprofitable by our system. This ASIN cannot be turned back on if the vendor asks. To make it available, the vendor needs to make the ASIN profitable by decreasing the product’s price, and then the ASIN will go available. This replenishment status will be automatically changed by our system when there exist profitability issues.
PR – Planned Replenishment: Control the state of an active, orderable, already listed product, which was at least once successfully ordered automatically by the system. Using this replenishment category will initiate automated orders on the specified cadence.
BR – Basic Replenishment: This item is on a manual replenishment cycle. Our in-stock team is monitoring inventory and will order when more is needed.
NP – New Product
