Amazon – Fixing Barcode on Your Items

Amazon will send emails from “return-reduction-joh@amazon.com” titled Fixing Barcode on your items. The body of the emails look like this:

There will be a spreadsheet attached based on the vendor code it applies to that looks like this:

The email addresses ASINs with multiple barcodes in Amazon’s catalog, resulting in errors and customer returns.

Based on the division the items belong to, the Sales Ops Specialist for the division should review the ASINs, update requested information in the spreadsheet and return the Excel spreadsheet back to Amazon with the appropriate action to take and feedback within 1 week from receipt.
