Amazon Dispute Process

Amazon will send emails to the Compliance inbox once a week, usually on Wednesday, with their chargeback details. You will get one email per Amazon vendor number.

Amazon allows 30 days from the notification date to dispute a chargeback in the vendor portal

To dispute a chargeback in Amazon’s Vendor Portal:

Follow the instructions in View your Chargebacks to display chargebacks. Select the chargeback you wish to dispute.

Click Dispute chargeback and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: You may only submit a dispute for the same chargeback twice. If a chargeback has been disputed and rejected twice, it is no longer eligible for dispute.
