Log into Amazon using login and password found in Bitwarden
Go to the correct Amazon account/portal where the item you want to open a support ticket/case is located by navigating in the top left corner of the home page
Below is a breakdown/description of each account.
Then click on Support in the top right corner:
Scroll to the bottom of the page where is states “Still need help?”
Click on “Contact Us”
Select the product category from the list below:
Then select the issue that most closely matches what you are opening a case/support ticket about:
Type in Subject, ASIN, Brand Name, and as much detail as possible about the issue and add any relevant attachments:
Click Submit
You can then track the correspondence by logging back in and going to View Case Log by clicking on Support again from the home page. It is at the bottom right corner of the page.
It often takes a lot of back and forth or opening multiple cases with Amazon to get issues resolved.
