Adding a Document to a NetSuite TRF

Utilizing the Drag and Drop Feather in NetSuite

Step 1: Open the necessary TRF.

Step 2: Click and drag the correct email or document to the Drag and Drop box.

Step 3: The box will turn green when you drag the item over the box.

And then it will change to gold while it uploads.

Step 4: The box returns to normal when the document has completed the upload.

Step 5: Click on the Files subtab to view the uploaded document and change its folder location.

Step 6: Click Edit on the row of the recently uploaded file.

Step 7: A pop up will appear. Choose the appropriate folder from the Folder dropdown list.

Step 8: Click Save

Step 9: If an incorrect document is upload, it has to be removed and deleted.

Step 9a: Copy the file name of the document and then click the Remove button on the incorrect document.

Step 9b: Go to Documents > Drag and Drop Files > File Cabinet

Step 9c: Paste the file name in the search box and click edit on the incorrect document.

Step 9d: Click Delete under Actions.

Step 9e: Click OK on the “Are you sure you want to delete this record” pop up.
