Please login with credentials saved in Bitwarden under the Marketing or Graphics vaults.
After logging-in, navigate to the Place an Order tab on the left, and click on templates.
You will see there are various templates depending on time, file type, and complexity. Choose whatever best fits the needs of your project. Example below:
After clicking Create An Order drag and drop images into the box. Once uploaded hit Continue and make sure you choose PayPal when you go to pay. Use the graphics@advantus.com credentials which is linked to Chris M’s phone number.
For easier bookkeeping and retrieval, please include the Brand/Division/Project name at the beginning of your message. For example: Charles Leonard – Rubber Band Images – please clip
Retrieving Images When Completed:
- Select âOrdersâ from the left folder menu.
- Click on âWaiting Approvalâ in the left submenu.
- Choose the appropriate order and click âViewâ on the right. This will open a new window with a Dropbox link.
- Download the images and review them in Photoshop to ensure the task was completed as requested.
- Once verified, return to the order to either accept it or request revisions.
