Pricing Increase Notification to Non-Key Accounts

When a price increase is announced, the Sales Division VP and/or Business Manager will communicate this increase by way of email.  

They will also create a Pricing Task in NetSuite and assign to the respective Sales Specialist. All information regarding the price increases (new prices, price increase percentages, reason for price increases, etc) will be attached/included* in the Pricing Task.  

*If any information is missing, the Sales Specialist will assign the task back to the Business Manager and ask them to complete the missing information.  

The Sales Specialist will use the information from the ‘Price Increase Reason’ field to create a notification letter to send to customers. This letter should be reviewed by the Sales Vision VP and/or Business Manager before saving to PDF.

The Sales Specialist will submit the price increase notification letter and any additional documentation to each customer based on their Pricing Communication Method – found on the ‘Pricing’ tab on each customer’s record:
