VP/Manager Check-In Meetings

  1. A VP of Shared Services will reach out to regarding scheduling VP Update Meetings 1 month in advance.
  2. They will email a spreadsheet with attendees, dates, times, location, and length of each meeting.
  • The meetings will be held in February and August.
  • Location: Conf. Room 1 and/or Zoom.
  • Attendees: Shared Services VPs, Division VPs, Sales VPs, Dept Heads, Division Heads.
  • Send out calendar invites with a predetermined agenda and Zoom information (if needed). Give attendees a deadline for providing their comments.

3. Send all agendas to the VPs a few days before the first meeting.

4. Set up Conf. Room 1, 10 minutes before the meeting starts and log into Zoom if needed.

5. Attend this meeting.

6. Take notes.

7. Prepare notes and distribute to VPs, only, within 2 weeks following the meetings.
