When orders come in, confirm they are allocated and pass validation. Go to the customer record, click Open SO Lines Only, and export to Excel. Filter for the orders for that day. Anything that did not fill or fill complete, highlight on the spreadsheet.
Check for any backorders that filled for that days locations. This account sends orders on various days and ship on various days based off the location. If any backorders filled, include that on a second tab on the spreadsheet.
Send to Tiffany K. She will advise if anything needs to be changed before release.
Once Tiffany K confirms to release, send the release email to 12th and copy Tiffany.
