Process:
- Orders come in at any time.
- Enter the order.
- Make sure to use the correct shipping location. The shipping location code will be in parentheses under section number 6.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email to get your item(s).
- After the order has been entered you will need to gather the dimensions and weights of the item(s).
- This will be used to email the customer as they provide their own shipping labels.
- After you have gathered the necessary information you will need to contact the customer.
- Orders can come from <bulkbuy@virventures.com> or <wfs@virventures.com>
- Make sure to CC Raj on all orders and updates.
- The body of the email should be as follows:
5. Generally, the customer responds within a 48-hour turnaround timeframe.
6. Once you have received the Packing Slip make sure to save it under.
- For FBA: S:\Customer Service\Team Folder\Tiphanie F\Accounts\34VIRFC\Bulk Buy Labels
- For Walmart: S:\Customer Service\Team Folder\Tiphanie F\Accounts\34VIRFC\Walmart Labels
7. Next you will need to edit the order.
- Under the Customer Provided Shipping Label you will select the plus sign.
- You will receive a pop-up window (make sure your pop-ups are enabled).
- When you select choose file just go to the last place you saved the PDF, select it and save.
- After it is saved, you will need to manual enter the tracking information into the Customer Provided Tracking Number.
- After this is completed, the order can be released.
Troubleshooting:
- If you have an order that has an item showing as out of stock double check to make sure there is no inventory in 12th Street. If there is, 12th Street should have it moved to the E-Com location without us needing to request anything.
- If there is and the order has not been fulfilled to meet the ship date, please notify your supervisor.
- If the item is in backorder, you will just reply to VirVentures in regard to the item’s status.
- This will be the same case for any price variances or MOQ errors.
