- In business – minimum 3 years
- Revenue – minimum $5MM
- $5 drop ship fee per order (this is implemented for all new drop ship customers)
- If stocking, minimum $25k opening order, payment upfront. No terms.
- No “Amazon only” resellers – must have other sales avenues
- Request percent of their sales by channel (prefer 70/30 versus 90/10)
