Finding Compliance Charges via Traverse Systems Portal
- Under Vendor Tools list select Find Charges.
- Complete the Vendor, Debit Date – Start, Debit Date – Stop and Minimum Charge Amount fields. After all fields are completed click Search. Tip: Change the Minimum Charge Amount from $0.00 to $0.01 so that all the $0 charges are removed.
- View the Charge Results section. Tip: You can sort by largest to smallest Charge Amount, or other columns, by left-clicking twice on the column header.
- Notice that the Results screen has the same information as the Weekly Summary Report that is emailed to the Compliance Email.
- View Single Charge details by clicking on the Charge Number in the Results section. The Charge Detail Inquiry section has the same information as the Results section.
- On the Audit Issue Data tab you can see the total number of SKUs for the charge, SKU #, Units Received (SKU Units) and the Units with an Issue (Issue Qty).
- Reminder: Only charges that have a charge amount greater than $0.00 need to be keyed as a New Compliance Fine in NetSuite and researched.
