Compliance obtains routing guides from new customers and communicates those routing guide requirements (and any routing guide changes) to the applicable departments. Customer Compliance is focused on meeting the customer requirements as they relate to order fulfillment (picking, packing, labeling, routing, and shipping merchandise to our customer’s locations or directly to their customer’s location) and having all necessary documentation in place prior to shipping.
