Each sample sent to Frontgate/ Cinmar will be tagged with an RFID label upon receipt in their distribution center.
Please note the sheet requires information to be filled out both by the Merchant and vendor partner.

- Fill out Date: Current Date you are shipping item
- Merchant Name: Ask Sales for this information
- Merchant Category: Ask Sales for this information
- Vendor: Floating Luxuries/ Advantus Corp.
- Requested Ship Date: Put in the date that the item is being shipped.
- Model #: Sku Number of the float
- Product Name: Description of the float being shipped
- Cost Per Unit: Frontgate’s pricing (check in S drive for PIF’s)
- Sample Version: If multiple version of this product have been shipped, which version is this sample (ex: “1st”, “2nd”, “3rd” and so on..)
Once the spreadsheet is complete, simply drop a copy into each outbound carton, so that the sample can be quickly identified and logged upon arrival. For consolidated shipments across categories, please notify the affected Merchant teams for further guidance.
